The Butler lab had four images chosen for the 2025 BRI calendar, the eleventh straight year we’ve been represented.  Great job, Yesica (twice!), Soizic and Sandeep!

Soizic: Viral delivered cofilin-mcherry (yellow) in a P21 spinal cord, labeled with NF (magenta) and Hoechst (blue).

Yesica: 
Image 1: Embryonic commissural interneurons (orange) and all spinal neurons (yellow) on netrin1 expressing cells (cyan). 

Image 2: Embryonic commissural interneurons electroporated to express GFP (yellow) and tdtomato (blue).  Nuclei labeled in gray.
